What We Do

WerkShirt was born out of a simple idea: celebrate the LGBT culture and make a difference in the process.

Our products are infused with queer pop culture. They are meant to start conversations and make people smile. Wear us and you'll be surprised. That guy might actually get off Grindr for a second and say "nice shirt!"

We also believe in playing an active role in our community. Fighting for positive change is at the heart of what we do.

We believe in doing our part to protect, support and empower our LGBT brothers and sisters. We also believe that individual contributions can lead to massive changes. That's why our proceeds fund LGBT non-profits. In other words: Look good, Do good!

Here are some of the organizations we support:

The Trevor Project is an American non-profit organization founded in 1998 focused on suicide prevention efforts among LGBTQ youth. They offer resources and guidance to parents and educators in order to foster safe, accepting and inclusive environments for all youth, at home and at school.
